Making a referral is an easy process and can be done in a number of ways.

• Dial direct and speak to a “live person” at the Troy or Livonia location
• Dial direct to Marketing & Admissions Director, Susan Miller at (248) 408-0128 who is on call 24/7 to address your questions
• Referrals can also be made directly by your Physical Medicine and Rehab physician, case manager or rehab professional who is working with you

Yes. Admission is based on several areas that focus on the physical, vocational, behavioral and funding needs of the client. Our highly experienced Clinical Team will meet personally with the client and rehab team members to make determination for admission.

No. Our field of expertise is out-patient neuro-rehab for clients who have sustained traumatic brain injuries due to a motor vehicle accident and Workers’ Comp injuries. We do not provide neuro-rehab for the diagnosis of stroke or congenital brain injuries. Some “special circumstances” can occur and we urge you to take advantage of our “Free Consultation”.

It takes about an hour to tour the facility and meet with the Clinical & Leadership team for discussion of what services the client is interested in. Your Rehab Team will consist of an Occupational Therapist and a combination of one or more of the following Clinical Leaders: Physical Therapist, Speech/Language Pathologist, Vocational Director and Marketing & Admissions Director, depending on your needs.

We accept payment/reimbursement from Auto No-Fault Insurance companies, Workers’ Compensation and certain Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other private insurance companies, subject to approval and confirmation by our Reimbursement Department.

We encourage requests to meet with our Clinical & Leadership team to discuss details of your situation. We offer a “Free Consultation” with the team for such cases. If our team cannot provide you with the type of care and services you need, we are happy to provide you with a list of “other resources” that may best fit the clients’ needs regarding programs, therapies or services outside our scope of expertise.
